Leon leads strategy for end-user help, customer success automation, and support; he runs the Events Assist business; and he is responsible for strategic integrations and alliances. Since joining Cisco seven years ago, Leon established Cisco’s Chinese joint venture for WebEx; led new product introduction, go to market, and initial sales for various offers; and led negotiation of licensing, OEM, and services agreements.
Leon has a varied (some say checkered) background that includes driving a delivery van around south Florida; operating systems development at IBM and evangelism at Apple; marketing, product management, and M&A at BEA Systems and Reactivity; and founding and operating an education services company.
Leon graduated from the Ohio State University with a BS in computer science engineering.
